Niel Livingstone is a business partner of CFO Strategic. CFO Strategic was founded to provide businesses with the expertise of experienced CFOs, professionals who have demonstrated their ability to devise solutions to the problems and difficulties associated with building and growing businesses.

Neil has over 20 years experience in CFO, Company Secretary and senior finance roles in the financial services and property sectors, including lending, funds management, insurance, broking, property construction and development in Australia, the United Kingdom and New Zealand.

Neil has extensive experience in strategic business planning, analysis and modelling, business appraisals, corporate restructuring, information memorandums, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions. He has been instrumental in the establishment and review of key performance indicators, implementing systems, change and process improvement, cash flow management, and debt financing.

Skills honed in highly regulated industries with complex listed disclosure requirements enable Neil to simultaneously manage numerous complex and high risk projects. He is a team player who leads commercially motivated teams to focus on, track, benchmark and communicate key business goals.

Neil has proven experience as a senior finance professional with listed and unlisted companies of all sizes. His experience was derived in roles in PricewaterhouseCoopers in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom, as Head of Finance Funds Management at Challenger Financial Services, as CFO of Radian Mortgage Insurance Services and as CFO of Resimac Limited.

Neil holds a Bachelor of Business Degree majoring in Accountancy from The University of Western Sydney. He is a Chartered Accountant.
